EXORKA INTERNATIONAL (100%)- A consulting company which is transforming into a generating company and has the rights to the utilization of Kalina technology which allows electricity to be produced from a low-temperature geothermal resource. - The technique uses an ammonia-water mixture for steam production and is used in a 2.1MW Kalina power plant built in North Iceland in 2000.

ENEX (73%) - Founded in 1969 by Iceland’s largest energy and engineering companies, an active participant in geothermal projects. - Enex's largest shareholders are Geysir (73%) and Reykjavík Energy Invest (26.5%).

ENEX CHINA (33.3%)- is jointly held by Enex, Orkuveita Reykjavíkur & Geysir Green Energy. Together with Shanxi CGCO Energy Development Construction C. Ltd (held parlty by Chinese firm Sinopec), Enex China recently completed first phase of what may become the largest geothermal district heating system in the world, with the potential to provide heating for 500,000 people (450 MW).

ENVENT (50%)- is a renewable energy business dedicated to the exploration of geothermal resources in the Philippines as well as to the development of geothermal power plants in the region. Envent is currently working on several geothermal projects and is committed to contributing to the Philippine government's target of adding 1,200 MW of renewable power capacity by 2013. Envent’s key shareholders areGeysir Green Energy and Reykjavik Energy Invest , both global leaders in the development of the renewable energy sector, with specific focus on geothermal energy.

HITAVEITA SUDURNESJA (32%) - Iceland's second largest provider of geothermal electricty and district heating through their two plants in southwest Iceland. The company has been a pioneer of new methods and technologies since it started providing geothermal water to users in 1977.

ICELAND DRILLING (100%)- Iceland Drilling has grown significantly in recent years and is now the largest geothermal drilling company in world. Having made significant investments in machinery in recent years has positioned Iceland Drilling to increase their activities abroad. Iceland Drilling was born out of the Icelandic geothermal industry and maintains long and successful working relationships with all of Iceland’s energy companies. The company owns the subsidiary Iceland Drilling UK Ltd., which has successfully drilled for projects in the United Kingdom and the Azores.

WESTERN GEOPOWER (25%) - Western GeoPower is a Canadian geothermal developer headquartered in Vancouver. The company is involved in two major projects at present, the first being the aforementioned 30 MW Geysers project which is scheduled to start production in 2010, as well as a project in South Meager, British Columbia, Canada which could provide 100 MW of power within the next ten years.
